The project titled "Investigation of the Use Potential of Aquafaba Obtained from Local Chickpea and Pea Varieties in the Production of Whipped Cream", presented to TÜBİTAK under the supervision of our Food Engineering Department Faculty Member Dr. Kübra Sultan ÖZDEMİR BİLİCİ by Hafsa AçıkGÖZ, a student of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Department of Food Engineering. Her project was among the projects to be supported within the scope of the "University Students Research Projects Support Program".
